helping organizations improve performance to meet competitive challenges. BAI helps organizations improve results
that matter using a variety of methods and disciplines including Total Quality Management (TQM), Just-In-Time (JIT)
/ Cycle Time Reduction, Business Process Reengineering, and others. It is not unusual to draw upon all of these
